Post-Op Complications is a Premium comic by TGAmelia. It's a short comic, 15 multi-paneled pages plus a cover. 

Amelia's art has gotten better and better over the years, and this comic is a true highlight of her talents.

Post-Op Complications is a simple story. A man is going into the hospital for what should be a simple 30-minute procedure, but there are complications. The husband and wife had been warned there could be a few side effects, but the doctor never mentioned that turning into a woman was one of them!

That's the setup. A man with a shaved head is put under, and wakes up a few days later feeling very different... and looking very different. She's not only got long, luscious, raven-haired locks, she feels lighter. And softer. And she's certainly has more padding than she did before!

Our hero(ine) has to deal with a new body, as well as new thoughts and desires. How will her marriage fare when both husband and wife are now female?

Amelia knows how to tell a tale with minimal dialogue and stunning hand-drawn art. When she mixes in pleasing colors and thoughtful compositions, we have a comic that delivers on every level!

There's not too much else to tell you about this little gem of a comic, other than that Amelia has cooked it up for us to enjoy as a special treat.
